Mental First Aid Training

As a participant in the Craven County Disaster Recovery Alliance you are receiving this invitation to attend a Trillium sponsored primer in mental health first aid. This Workshop has been attended by many in our community prior to and since the disaster. Our committee assessed resources we could bring those serving others throughout Craven County, and those of us volunteering directly with the CCDRA. This program seemed most appropriate.
The Emotional Spiritual Care committee invites you to a day of Mental Health First Aid education, resources, food and networking. April 16th, 2019 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. at the Saint Paul’s Family Life Center in room # 2, we will host Trillium and those of you wishing to attend. The workshop provides contact hours for professionals, but is designed for the layperson who may encounter someone under stressful emotional circumstances.
