CCDRA is monitoring Hurricane Idalia. The storm is strengthening quickly and is anticipated to make landfall as a Category 3 hurricane on the Florida Gulf Coast tomorrow. Possible impacts, including heavy rainfall, tropical force winds and coastal/storm surge expected to follow in Eastern NC.
Since Hurricane Florence in 2018, CCDRA has helped 145 families meet their recovery needs, including repairing homes for 74 families and still counting. We continue to be committed to helping disaster-impacted families and our community navigate the road to recovery.
