HELP US HELP SURVIVORS!
Urgent Need! Craven County Disaster Recovery Alliance (CCDRA) meets regularly to assess the needs of Craven County residents following Hurricane Matthew, Florence, Dorian, as well as the COVID-19 Pandemic. It will take years to put things back in order in Craven County.
No experience is necessary. . . we need local volunteers to help with a variety of home repair needs. This may include hanging insulation or drywall, mudding/spackling, sanding, priming, painting, laying flooring and or installing cabinetry, doors, trim etc. CCDRA has an experienced construction supervisor to lead the site and train volunteers. Experienced volunteers are also needed so if you have experience in the construction of homes; including framing, plumbing, electrical please let us know!
CCDRA is also looking for volunteers to help with case management and others to join one of the many active working committees. CCDRA is still active in case management from Hurricane Florence. Client Service Representatives are needed to help us help those still in need navigate through the recovery process. If you are interested in joining our team please complete the Volunteer Form above!
